Communication
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is more than a method of communication. It is a way of being and relating that 'discovers and cultivates the unity within the multiplicity'. It's a way of connecting deeply to life as it expresses itself within ourself, within the other, and between us.

NVC is both elegantly simple and endlessly deep: it offers continuous reflection and practice for deepening insight, compassion and wisdom. When applied with dedication, it can help us to become deeply self-connected and support our relationships to flourish.

Connected Parenting
Practical tools based on Nonviolent Communication

For parents with children aged 0 - 10 years.
The Connected Parenting workshop series offers parents practical tools to shape everyday parenting through the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Together, we explore how to recognize the needs behind behavior, communicate clearly and inclusively, and find solutions that work for everyone involved. In this way, families grow in cooperation, mutual understanding, and trust.

Theme: Needs-fulfilling parenting. How do I communicate my values while caring for both my child's needs as well as my own?
These workshops take place once a month on Friday morning from 10:00 to 12:30 via Zoom. They can be attended separately or as a series.

The heart of my understanding of non-duality is that there is already a prior unity. It's not something that we achieve, it's something that we discover, that we awaken to.
…
So the longing and the objective of nonviolent communication is: how do we find this, how do we discover and cultivate the unity within the multiplicity, the unity within the space of relationship.
…
I'm trying to create the conditions in my communication with others that allows that prior unity to emerge. I don't achieve unity. It's revealed. It emerges.
