Transformative Ceremonies

Spinoza Truffle Ceremonies

This three-step psychedelic retreat program offered by Spinoza is a natural way to refresh your mind and reconnect with your body. You’ll discover how to transform old habits and patterns into more beneficial thoughts and behavior. You’ll learn how to create more calm, clarity and creativity in your life.

This truffle ceremony takes place during a one-day and one-night retreat in the midst of a lush forest. It's a psychedelic ceremony with immersive live music in our cozy yurt. Based on your preferences and intention, you’ll receive a moderate to high dose of truffles containing natural psilocybin, allowing you to access deeper levels of consciousness. Together with the team of Spinoza we take care of every detail, so you can comfortably turn your attention inward.

Microdosing, Yoga & Cacao

In this ceremony we combine a long relaxing Yin Yoga or Restorative Yoga session with a microdose of psylocibin and pure ceremonial cacao.

The microdose helps our mind to open to inspiration, the cacao works to strengthen the heart and the Yin Yoga allows us to nourish the meridians and harmonise our inner symphony. Hence these three ‘medicines’ work beautifully together.

Joined in one ceremony they allow us to heal and restore our body and mind, while helping us remember our true nature.

Everyone is welcome to join this ceremony. You don't need any experience with psilocybin or yin/restorative yoga.

Psilohuasca Wellness Retreats

Psilohuasca is a combination of Banisteriopsis Caapi and psilocybin truffles. In these 3-day retreats, we offer two ceremonies: one truffle ceremony  and one psilohuasca ceremony. On the third day, there will be integrative breathwork. The weekend is suppemented with wellness (sauna & hottub) for deep relaxation and wonderful organic food.

Together with the team of The Sanctuary we provide a safe and loving setting to connect with these ancient medicines. The Caapi that we serve is prepared from wild, fresh vine in Brazil and made with prayer and care. The Caapi vine and psilocybin work beautifully together and are a powerful entheogenic medicine. Both Caapi and truffles are legal in The Netherlands.

microdosing, yin yoga & cacao

Microdosing is a very safe way to support our body and mind to release old patterns, reconnect with ourself on a deeper level and create new, healthier habits. Psilocybin (the active molecule in magic truffles) has been used for spiritual growth in native traditions for thousands of years. When we take a microdose, the intention is not to ‘trip’, as the effect of the microdose is barely noticeable by the conscious mind. Rather, the microdose helps us to dive just a little deeper into ourself and supports the integration of our inner wisdom into our daily lives.

Cacao has also been used for thousands of years by native peoples as a sacred medicine and has been called “the food of the Gods”. It opens our veins and works as a tonic for our heart, while uplifting our mood. Cacao is a very subtle yet powerful medicine plant and works beautifully together with the psilocybin, enhancing its mind-opening effect.

yin yoga

Yin Yoga is a relaxing form of yoga, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and the ancient yoga practice of India. We lie down or sit in poses for a longer period of time (5 to 10 minutes) and relax the body. This way, we sink deep into our connective tissues and meridians, which run throughout the body and are connected with all the organs. Yin Yoga helps the body to release tension and brings harmony to our inner landscape. No previous practice is needed to join a Yin Yoga session.
